First of all open up outlook express. Once
opened click on "TOOLS" and then "ACCOUNTS". (see
picture below)
Now click on "IMPORT". Locate location of backed
up file, then click on OK The settings, and login information will all be
restored and will function as long as you have setup your ISP dialup
correctly.
